Arapahoe High School Warriors
Class of 1967
Fifty Year Reunion
August 18 and 19, 2017
The year was 1967. You could buy a new Ford Mustang for about $2000. A gallon of gas was 27.9 cents, a loaf of bread was 30 cents, and at your after school job you made $1.25 an hour.
We described our music with numbers 45 or 33 1/3, not with letters like CD, I Pod, or MP3.
We learned about Cells in Biology Class. They weren't something you placed calls on, or transmitted LOLs and OMGs.
We had entered High School as shy and timid Sophomores and we were preparing to leave as confident Seniors ready to change the world with our great work and deeds.
Lets take time to share the memories with our lifetime friends.
Just because you shouldn't live in the past doesn't mean it's not a nice place to visit.
